I have read the article on the tuning done to the H22A for the Type-S, and wanted the parts for the intake pipe and air box for my 95 UK Spec lude VTEC. The resonator and everything else is the same. I want a better intake but not one of the aftermarket ones, I want the stock Honda tuning parts!!

Plus, if you read the Spoon's article of how clever the Honda intake is their mods only include a replacement foam filter! Something about intake pulses and throttle response. Honda improved the breathing for the tuned H22A with a modified "dynamic chambers" intake pipe and wider width to the pipe and air box!

I have had aftermarket intakes before and I didn't think they gave me any gains. But I felt a loss of torque and too much noise...

I'm looking at tuning the intake the Honda way!!!

 

Yes. It will fit.

I doubt that you will see much in the way of power gains, however.
