yes, but it doesn't look as great on a 4dr as it does on the 2/3 dr. And yes you need both fenders, hood, bumper,and corners, not the headlights you can use the ones you already have.so you are looking at spending about $350-400 just to have the 2/3dr. bumper.
There was a thread a while back where somebody put the 2dr bumper on a sedan without using fenders, hood, etc.

I remember it was fairly simple like making a small bracket to move the bolt location on the bumper to meet the 4 door fender.
