For some unkown reason, the relay for my tach fried and caused the illumination to quit working. The only things that were affected were the illumination in the gauge cluster and the tach. Everything else works properly, even the tach and the shiftlight, but the face glow doesn't. If anyone can give me a hint to what I need to do I would appreciate it.

 

how are all the fuses looking?

 

the fuses are fine. after i unhooked the power wires running from the relay, the guage cluster was lighting up again. i guess i'm going to have to get a new relay, or just a new tach altogether.

 

what kind of tach is it?

 

ac autotechnic 3-3/4" 9000 rpm EL tach
