i have the book "honda engine swaps" by aaron bonk.

it says that i can swap to 94-01 integra or 99-00 civic si rear disc brakes onto a 96-00 civic.

can i use 92-95 civic rear discs on a 96-00 ?

searching even the tiniest bit harder would have told you that ALL rear discs are the same
integra 91-01
del sol 93-97
civic 92-00

the short answer to your original question is yes...

Careful of getting really old ones though as the bushings can be worn to hell along with the bearings and calipers...

and because we know you're gonna ask.... prop valve you'll want is off of a 99-00 si or 96-99 hatch (someone recently found out the 00's are actually different in the hatches)
