Sea Foam Usage?

Sea Foam Usage?
I dont see if with Seafoam if i am supposed to change the oil and add it to the new oil or if i am supposed to add it to the old oil in the engine and run it for a few minutes then drain it...how do u use it?

Put it in the oil thats in your car now. Also read the instructions.
