Default d16y8 head

hey guys i need alittle info...i have a d16a6 motor in my '91 hatch...i have a y8 head that i want to put on...does the head bolt right on, or will i have to do alittle surgery?

it will bolt right up. do a search there it tons of info on this.

Dont forget to take out the oil jet on the block

yea what he said, other than that its a direct bolt on. i have performed this procedure almost 2 yrs ago. the oil jet on the block is located between pistons 2 and 3 on the intake manifold side. Plug a sheet metal screw in there and pluck it out!
