With I/H/E it should be good for low 14's depending on the weight of the car too.
I took my EJ7 (96 HX Coupe) to the track the other day and got a best of 15.0, but I'm getting horrible 60ft's since it was my first time out there with the new motor.
I definitely think it's got low 14's in it... I have to ditch the 17's and practice more.
