hey doods, i have a 99 HB and im putting in a GSR engine USDM converted to OBDI with skunk2 mani,MSD6aL,DC 421 header,apexi WS catback,injen intake,mugen chipped p28, i might have an ITR head, but not yet. also with the swap is gonna be a wet 75 shot of nitrous. i have a jun 9lb flywheel and act unsprung 6 puck clutch w/ HD PP. with slicks. anyone with a similar setup run their car in the quarter??? im just hella curious. thanks

in my ek hatch i had a stock b16a with just i/h/e and i ran a 14.7, i would hope with slicks, nos, etc.... you could hit 12s no prob! good luck, eric

Ek hatches are boats. Mine is slow..only because I can't drive

seen some ek's run high 14's just from the gsr swap on street tires .slicks should be low 14's

friggin 15.0. I think there is something up with Carlsbads numbers though...either that or, I really can't drive

I ran a 14.4 in my 96 coupe on street tires with a stock b18c1 and a 14.1 on 14x6 slicks. Look at my sig that was with 176 to the wheels. So if you can't run 12's with a 75 shot, something would be wrong.

Some dood in the drag racing forum says he does low 13's with a STOCK GSR motor in an "EK" hatch. Must be some kind of freak motor.
