Default What to expect from USDM ITR EK SWAP

I'm psyched about the delivery of my '00 ITR SWAP with LSD for my 98 hx. What quarter mile times can i expect from this stock swap? Any personal Times? Is it worth upgrading cams to CTR, SKUNK2 stage 1, or stage 2 cams? Should i upgrade valve train as well?

I have a Kenji p28 ecu. Any comments on that program.

Thanks for the feedback ahead of time.

George

Bone stock except for an Exedy clutch I ran a 14.3 @ 96.7mph with a 2.3s 60'. I was on street tires and having a hard time hooking up in first and spinning a good bit in second.

This is in a 97 hatch with full interior. Also worth noting, mine is the 97 spec jdm itr engine. You have different gear ratios, but it should be about the same.

There is room for improvement there. That is the best that I ran with my car so far. I know there is more left in it, but it was my second time at the track and I wasn't used to launching it. The trap, from what I am told, is good for a 14.0 or high 13.
