yesterday i drove a 96 JDM spec ITR with a full 2.5" exhuast system. and my car is a 94 GSR with CAI and a 2.5" muffler. i feel that the typer is more quicker than my gsr in low end torque. would i be able to give a ITR a good go down the track?
what is your guys exprience with a ITR and a gsr

 

Depending on what you consider a good run. The stock ET times are about a second off with the ITR on top but for the most part it would interesting to see the out come. If you have a chance to run it tell us how it goes

Yea the AVERAGE DRIVER, mind you, i said AVERAGE goes somewhere around 15.50's in a gsr and the type R goes about 14.70's

 

The Type R has a stronger pull than a GSR. Feels stronger upon acceleration than a GSR. The only way I can see a GSR go against a type r with equal modifications and beat the R is if the driver of the R doesn't drive as well as the one in the GSR.
