Default Rear upper strut bar installation

Well I think that i got ripped off but heres the question anyway(yes i searched this topic allready) I bought a used upper strut barfor the rear of my 89 CRX Si and I just wanted to know if there was brackets to be fitted on before the strut bar can go on. I'm not sure who made the bar ( cant remember) but it does not fit from one shock tower point to next. A little info please thanks

I have seen a few that are adjustable bars which are cheap. But if the part that goes on the rear doesnt even line up, its not for the car.

well you have the strut bar, then u have the metal connecting parts on each end. (thats how it bolts to the car) but if it doesnt fit, its not right. Maybe its a front one.
