Default Auto VS Manual B16 head? help quick.

I know the cams are different, but would auto head have duel valve springs?

Im wondering becuase when I did my ls/vtec, I never really knew much about motors (the builder did), and Im worried my car may have auto head.

I baught a set of 01 ITR cams, but if the auto is single springs then Im going to need duel right?

So is auto duel or single spring?

I know I know, take off our valve cover.. well my car is outside and its snowing right now, so theres a 50/50 in this question..

thanks

you mean youve never worked on an automobile in sub-freezing weather...you MUST not be an enthusiast, lol

If you're planning on revving past 8k, you should get an ITR valvetrain, so it doesn't really matter what kind of spring they are.

nope.. since the bottom end is stock, I have chipped ecu for 7800 rpm revlimiter..

and obviously I have, but its snowing, my cars at the end of the driveay under a tarp and I dont really feel like getting a tun of melting flakes in the head, then let it sit and rust all the rest of the winter..
