Default Cleaning Coolant from engine block

Yeah while removing the head a bunch of oil coolant was poured into a couple of the cylinders in between the walls, what's the best way to get it out or should i just use some paper towels? I was thinking of using a pump device.

paper would work fine.
a few drops of coolant isn't going to kill your engine right away...it'll flush out when you start it up.
