i had a 94 accord ex auto with aem intake and with a shitty pacesetter catbac (it was there when i bought it ick) but honestly it was pretty quik. I traded it for a 93 del sol s manual with a ebay intake(soon to b gone) and a custom catback. wich car would u say is faster. One of my mane reasons is that my accord had 168 K and the del sol had 111 K

 

I'm not sure in the differences in HP, but an accord weighs twice that of a del sol.

 

b18c 5spd del sol > h22 auto accord.

now stock for stock they are both pretty "slow" with the stock D and F motors

 

the del sol is definitely more fun to drive. manual transmission is better than automatic no matter what you're driving, so you made the right choice. as far as mileage goes, i've seen 5th gen accord with over 320,000 miles running perfectly on original engine/transmission with no rebuild no nothing. just do the maintenance on time and it will literally go forever. it's a honda.

 

the del sol would get owned. how do i know? i had an SI del sol D16z6 VtaK and i had a speed contest a while back with a 4 door ex with little bolt ons. he smoked the **** outta me

note: the S del sol is hella hella slow.
