Default usdm vs jdm

I know this question was answered ( diffrence of jdm gsr comperssion vs usdm gsr comperssion are the pistons) but I was wondering would a head gasket change the compression on the usdm gsr. Sorry I don't Have alot of experience in this area.

A thinner headgasket will bump the compression on any motor, JDM or USDM.

Thanks for the help If i were to put the head gasket on the usdm gsr would it bump it enough to be with the jdm gsr and is it safe.

It depends on the headgasket like how thin it is but ya it would be more compression then the jdm gsr and ya it will be safe
