Aftermarket or OEM springs
I have a set of crappy coilovers on my car, it bounces like a rabbit(shocks are gone) 
. I heard of people putting ITR, GSR or SI springs on their cars. Im looking for a slight drop, but honestly a nice firm ride is what i NEED, I drive 80 miles a day to work on my crappy roads(I-95 Capitol Beltway). I dont want anything that will raise the car (Stock springs were horrible). ANY help will be greatly appreciated, I did a search but nothing came up that I could use. Thanx
If i get adj. shocks w/ oem springs can I lower my car a couple inches.

Well I would probably say get some shocks over getting new springs. If you already have coilovers then you could raise your car back up to the desired height, but it is the shocks that are making your car bounce like crazy. Either way, remember that coilovers in general have a bouncer ride than springs do, but if you got some shocks it sure would help. Just my .02

just replace your shocks with a set of tokico or kyb adjustable or non adjustable (which ever you can afford).
you can't adjust ride height with adjustable shocks... just the stiffness.
get some good shocks and keep the coilovers. you'll be able to adjust the ride height and your car will ride more stiff and will give you that nice firm ride you want.

I just put Kyb with Eibach Sport line springs. The drop is almost perfect, with just a tiny bit of wheel gap, maybe 1/4 inch?
The ride is fantastic with the shocks on the lowest setting, but I actually drive with them daily on the mid settings.
The prices on the adjustables will be better than the OEM replacement.
And the setting of the shocks on 1 or lowest, is very, very (read: identical) close to the stock ITR shocks, and it only gets better when you crank them up!
I highly recommend this set-up...unless you want coilovers, then by all means go that route, but for a cheap ($$) and great system, this will work.
