im in the process of building a 2.064L b16 all motor sleeper running twm itb with a custom cold air box, lsd b16 tranny, and 12.5 compression and some other goodies.

now for my question. has anybody ever hit high 11s with a b series all motor with stripped interior except for the passenger seat? i have a 94 cx now but i want a lighter candidate for my motor and im looking for low 12s high 11s passes. has this ever been done before?

If you over bored your 16 motor. The ITB is good, but make sure you got enough space for that. As for a body with gutted stuff....I know everyone says 88! "Get an 88!" But i say get any 2G Crx Hf and strip that bitch down....You could get it down to around 1500lbs if you get ALL the sound deadening material out. DOn't bother cutting anything...Your bumpers are already light as hell anyway...(Hf style)...Here's what i say you get:
88-90 Crx Hf
B16 block (overbored to your specs)
New sleeves to handle bigger pistons
Ctr pistons (11.1 ratio)
Eagle rods
Lightened Crankshaft pulley
Ctr cams
Itr Valvetrain with .5+ higher lift.(w/ New retainers and springs)
YS-1 Gsr LSD tranny (yummy!!)<---that's what i have
or S80 ITR LSD Tranny with hydro-->cable kit (too much weight IMO)
With Exeddy Cluth kit.
8-11lb flywheel
M/T slicks
Convert OBD0-OBD1 so you can run Uberdata to Tune the living hell outta your new beast.
Rc injectors 330...mmmmm Fuel...
Walbroh (or however it's spelled) 255 Fuel pump...at 40psi
And Trick gas....
