alright, im wiring up the light bulb for my autometer oil press gauge and i ground it and i splice the 12v lighting wire to a 15amp fuse for the interior lighting. but the light bulb is always on, it doesnt turn off, so where else is the lighting place to splice? people told me theres an option plug above to fuses but i can see a way to hook up a wire to there. so once again im open to sugestions, thanks

 

the wire u tapped is a 12v constant..!

my suggestion, take off your steering column
cover, and with a test light see which wire
is hot when u turn your dash lights to the ON position..
this should solve your problem..

hey, thanks, i found a fuse for the gauge cluster and taped that fuse,

 

for the 12v lighting tap the parking lights fuse on the fuse box when u turn on the lights it turns on
