Default POST your 1/4 miles times with ls turbo

ok, i have $2300 to build my engine in my 96 integra rs but it MUST be able to run 12's or else i dont get the money, so i was just wondering if anybody has broken into the 12's with just a turbo kit on a b18b i really dont want to have to put rods and pistons in but if have to i will. So lets see some track times!!!

why won't you get the money if you don't run 12's?

if your simply buying a kit and not building the internals, you will not get into the 12's, you will be running around the low 14's or high 13's boosting at 7--psi.

you could run it. turbo+10psi+slicks+good driver on stock internals, you could prolly pull it off. if all else fails crank it to 14 psi for a run or two get yor money then buy a new motor

How much time are you going to have to practice launching? What if the car is ready on time and the diver is still warming up their skills?

Yup..a buddys EF with a B18b1 turbo (10psi) ran mid 13's high 12's, but he spun a bearing a few weeks after due to poor tuning/ drove it like an asshat.

make sure to run a compression test and learn how to launch pretty damn good and it can happen...also tune, tune, and dont forget to tune.
good luck

It can definitely be done... I don't know how many runs your gonna get before you cook the motor... maybe 10...possibly more as long as you got a nice setup

Crank up the boost and get ready to rebuild it.

Goodluck, would love to see your slip after you run
