Hydraulic brake system problem.. is it? or not? help!
Recently I've been hearing low squeak noises when I brake, I could only hear it squeak when I'm driving with the music off. It doesn't make loud noise like buses do. Today, when I was driving and came to a stop light, I had my foot on the brake pedal. I felt that the pedal gradually went downward, and I had to step on it harder. As I stepped harder on it, I could feel that the car is moving forward a little bit but when I release my foot and step on it again the car stayed still. Then it starts again, after a little while holding the pedal down with my foot, the pedal gradual went down again. Brake fluid level is fine. I'm planning to bring it back to acura soon. My car is Auto, and driving and braking is fine on freeways, only happens when totally stopped at a stop sign or at a light with foot on pedal. What is wrong? Is it difficult to fix?

YEAH YOU MIGHT HAVE AIR IN YOUR BRAKE LINES by bleeding them you get all air out of them and replaces it with fluid, the reason that the pedal went down is caiuse air can be compressed and fluid cant , thats why we use fluid. on each one of your calipers there is a bleed valve, have a freind in the car with presure on the brake, while he is holding presure, turn the bleed valve, keep it open till all the air comes out, do this at every corner , start with the one furthest away from the master cylinder, and dont forget to keep the master cylinder full of fluid!! hope this helped! oh yeah i allmost forgot .................DONT LET THE PRESUR OFF OF THE BRAKE UNTILL YOU HAVE CLOSED THE BLEED VALVE AGAIN!!
HAVE FUN MAN, IT CAN GET MESSY!!!!
