I purchased ws2 #116kh07 online and the box arrived open. the front pipe is to long. is the lx & ex set up the same as the se 4dr 4cyl ? should the system fit or was it boxed wrong.

 

im not on the apexi website,,, but what application is the #116kh07 for?? i would def. call up the place you got the exhaust from or ups/fedex whereever it was sent from and find out Why your package was opened?

 

94 to 97 accord. the box was opend and straped closed. apexi got me taking pix not fitting for 2 days now. its like they don't belive me

 

yea i would def call up the fedex also or whoever sent it and everything also and ask q's but it might be too late... they usualyl expect you to tell the guy who dropped it off right away if you suspect anything suspicious.

but you sure its not human error? it should be a perfect bolt on,,, i dont think anyone had this problem before on this board with the ws2 unless its the wrong part?

 

I bought it from more power racing online. they seem to think it's the wrong pipe in the box, but they can't do anything about it because it came from apexi. they don't seem to beleive that it does not fit. they have me sending pix back and forth for days with no resolution. i asked for the correct pipe length and they won't tell me. there have been 3 phone calls and still no response. is the se set up the same as an lx or ex?

 

just to let you know i found a lx in a parking lot, laid under it and the cat sits up front more then my se. so it won't fit unless i cut it down 7'' or so.

 

Well maybe it is for a 2dr then.
Does it say what year accord it is for on the box also.

 

2&4dr are the same. lx and ex are set up the same (cat in the same place). the se the cat sits back more. i cut the pipe and installed it today its nice and quiet.

 

Awsome glad you got it on> They are by far the best exhausts ever, IMO.
