Default B16a, tickover way too high

I finally have her running...(93DA getting a ZC1600 SOHC to B16A swap which isn't fully complete just yet, still some more headaches to sort out)...Anyway Car is starting but "ticks over" (if you can call it ticking over) at about 2500rpm. Throttle butterfly is fully closed, cable as slack as it should be. it is running smoothly, and very well, just too high! Anyone have any suggestions? Also CEL is on, giving me code 22 (Vtec oil pressure switch). I've replace the switch with a spare which as far as I'm aware is ok and still no change, the wiring is correct, I used a sub harness from Full Race. Thanx all
