Im on a slim budget right now which mod should i get 1st?I already have CAI/E/H/TestPipe/No AC... What would u get next for the most HP for cheap..I wanna do all motor ....Im planning on ls/vtec in the summer...

Should i get:
Skunk2 Intake Manifold or
BBK Throttle Body 70mm or
Skunk2 Cam Gears?

Are those companys listed any good?If not could u tell me some good companys for around the same price that would give me the most gain..

Would it be possible for me to bore out my stock throttle body?If so how much should it cost?Would a machine shop have to do it?
What should be a reasonable price for me to get it done?

anyways...lightweight chromoly flywheel...
and if you have an LS...swap the tranny to an Si or TypeR...

 

i would say the uni-wiper would be your best bet, then paint it yellow.

do you have an ls? if yes then tranny for sure. skunk2 im didnt do a whole lot but its the kinda thing that would help if you had cams i/h/e. as for the tb ive never heard of anyone saying they got a big gain in hp from puttin one on.

you can bore out the stock tb to 64mm (that just happens to be the size of the skunk2 im btw) and rc eng. charges 200 i think but you can get it cheaper

 

Would i be able to take my Throttle body to a machine shop and have them bore it out for me?

If the machine shop could do it what should i ask them to do?I know i should ask them to bore it out to 64mm..Any thing else?

 

you need ro have them bore the whole thing out to 64mm. then a new throttle plate needs to be put in.

 

Well if your getting a VTEC head this summer, why dont you save up for one.

 

yea get vtec now - why wait? or save and get it sooner.
