Default Electrical Troubles

So i decide to take my 99 accord to the dealer just because the car was in an accident three years ago on the passenger side and i know that this probably is why all the electric locks don't work. I really did 't want to deal with the mangled wires and whatnot. So i take it in, and over the next two days they explain how they can't seem to find whats wrong. They call back on the third day and say they've ordered a new harness for the passenger door, and this should fix the problem. Now the guy call today, Friday, and says they need to order some other electrical parts and need to keep it over the weekend. I think this is bogus. Up to 700 bones right now.
