cb7 trunk leak

Default cb7 trunk leak

can anyone tell me how to fix this issue. what are the most commonly places to look for the leak. i know that i have to reseal it, so what are type of sealant should i get and what brand.

There is a gasket behind each of the taillights, made of cardboard. Over time they may rip or rot and cause a leak. Replace them and you should be good to go.

There is a way to fabricate new ones from mousepads, but it won't work with our accords because the gaskets are too big. If you can find a big sheet of rubber, you could make them yourself.

use clear caulking to seal all of the holes
