hey guys i am looking into getting a turbo kit for my type-s the only problem is that my town just went to partial emissions and will be going to full emissions soon. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and what they did about it (other than move). Thanks for your help. OH an by the way im in Putnam County NY if that helps.
