No cranking at all? I had that problem less than a week ago, and it was my starter.

Got a new one and it worked fine.

New Honda starters come with a one year warranty, I say replace it again and do it for free this time, you might have gotten a melon like I did.

Within a few weeks the car wouldn't hot start.

I had that same problem for a while, I guess I still have it becuase I havent fixed it, I think it might be a bad ground or the flywheel.

you can also check your fuse or see if your radio turns off when you put it to loud if it does that means your batt is going bad or you may need to clean the heads

yea if its brite thats a good sign. did you check if they installed the starter right ? when you put the batt back on make sure that its on tight . when you begin to start it does the lights on the dash come on and go off when tring to start ?

do you have aftermarket battery terminals, they can corrode inside the cable clamp. it really sounds like you have weak current. Check all the cables and grounds.
