???My bouncing idle goes away only when I let the clutch out a little???
My car has been having idleing problems for a while when its cold outside, i'll start it up and let it warm up for a bit and drive off, I'll come to a stop light and stop and the idle will go from 900-1500 then back down then do it over again in a rymathic pattern rev up rev down, its driving me freaking nuts!!
I have come to the point of hitting the brakes while Ilet the clutch out a bit to make it stop, this some times works. And the problem will go away if I take it up to 6700 rpm or if I drive it for over half and hour. I've already cleaned out the little screen thingy on the intake mani, what else could it be??

IAC (intake air control) valve, or (in my case) fast idle thermo valve. Cleaned IAC to no avail, then replaced the fast idle thermo, and it's perfect.
Check vacuum lines first; if they're good, probably fast idle thermo (cheaper). IAC is expensive, so save that for last.

Do you have a pic of where that fast idle thermo is? I can't seem to find it.

the fitv is directly below the throttle body, take it off and screw the plunger back in

I tred the fitv and it was loose so i tightened it and it still does it!! I tried cleaning out the pcv valve and this morning when I started it in my garage to leave it didn't idle high like normal warm up usually does
I'll have to drive it today to see if cleaning the pcv worked, what else could it be it driving me nuts!!
hey what about this little plunger valve thingy on the right side of the intake mani, could the little hose hooked up to it have anything to do with the problem?

Don't know about that, but probably not. Have you taken off your IAC valve and cleaned it? It's mounted on the front of the intake manifold...take it off, clean it out, and if that doesn't solve the problem, you're in for a purchase of it or the FITV.
I took mine in to the Honda dealer and paid $90 for diagnostic, and ended up spending less $ total for the FITV+diag. than the IAC valve itself would have been.
