Default CTR Climate controls

A friend of mine just got some climate controls for 96-98 civics the digital one anyone have this in your car is it plug and play

You definitely need to change heater core and wire it up.

I have the 99 CTR climate controls and i did change the boxes, but this setup is for 96-98 Civic's do I still have to change the blower

You are putting an electronic EK4 climate control into your already converted Civic? You will probably need to find the wiring harness so you can splice it.

The car is a Stock 98 Civic I want to put this piece in I have the complete climate controls with the harness's and all of the motor's
