I'm going to pursue the sale of my 2001 Type R. Selling only because I'd like to get into a sedan for the 44 mile round-trip to work. I still really like my car, but it may be time for some changes.

The car is as follows:

2001 ITR #761, Nighthawk Black Pearl. Not one ding, few front end chips. Body and interior are at about 9.8/10. The pictures show the condition nicely.

43450 miles, daily driven so miles will gradually increase.

Dealer maintained including all regular service and fluids. Have all receipts for labor and parts.

Garaged Arizona car, non-smoker. Never exposed to snow or ice. Only seen rain a handful of times. Body is one of the nicest R's I have come across.

Lightly modified with the following:
AEM cold air intake
Spoon 4-2-1 header
Carsound 2 & 1/2 cat
Apex N1 exhaust with silencer
Spoon magnetic drain plugs
Spoon black duracon shift ****
Spoon radiator cap
JDM red stitched shift boot
H&R sport springs
Koni blue rear shocks
Falken Azenis 205/55/15 tires, still in great shape
JDM VTEC LSD rear window labels
window tint
rear wiper delete plug
clear front turn signals
front end mask
Hawk HP pads
new rotors
new Everlast battery

Will also include all stock parts with exception of the cat back exhaust, springs and shift ****. I even framed the window sticker.

Again, the car is near perfect... there aren't too many in this condition. I just don't feel the need to keep the R as a daily driver while racking up these daily miles.

Thank you. I always wanted one, so when I got it I modified it with the parts I had wanted for quite some time. I just don't "drive it like it deserves."

August is pretty far away... I'm not in a hurry, but I'd rather not wait 6 months to move along.

A higher mileage 2000 with scrapes all over the front just went for well over $17000. There aren't many in this condition!
