I know I was skeptical at first. But she was bone stock and in great condition. The emblem upside down was the only thing that was touched. I couldn't resist

Actually....I remember seeing this car for sale a while back ( most likely what the thread originator said...around a year ago ) and I asked the dealer why they left the emblems upside down. Turns out the previous owner did that.....not anyone at the dealership. Oh well.....
Anyhoo...the 5th pic down:

you can see that this is from "Pikes Peak Acura" and its located in Colorado Springs, CO
On a side note....way back when I lived in cali, I saw the same thing on a lot of acuras and asked why. A good vietnamese buddy told me that when you did that it looked like a "V".......standing for "Vietnamese"....yea ok some of you would say that sounds kinda stupid....but I guess to my friends....they like it *shrugs* But even then I've seen other people such as white people and black people sporting the same thing out here in CO. So now I'm lost on what an upside down acura emblem is supposed to mean
If anyone knows...you are more than welcome to chime in and provide some useless info

This was at Pflueger Acura? Paint is all shiney. I see in the Advertiser that another 2001 ITR is for sale at BMW of Honolulu. Too bad I don't live on Oahu to check it out. I wouldn't mind picking it up.
Edit: nvm, it's in CO. I saw that you were from Honolulu and assumed the car was from there.

Good Eye...Yes I got her from Colorado. I asked the dealer about the emblem. He said the exact same thing. The previous owner did it probably "V" for vietnamese or VTEC.
