when dose the vtec kick in on a 92-95 B16a

also where is the best place to hook up a tac meaning what wire do i go with for tac speed right now i am on the blue wire but the gauge reeds wrong says i am redline at 8900 that aint right

go off of the ecu, thats what i had to do. look up the pinout for your ecu and then just tap into that wire.
