quick question about vtech controller uninstall
I looked at the manual/install guide this is what it is
k well i was looking at it today, and the blue wire isnt connected to nothing. so maybe he didnt connect it?. then i was looking at the diagram. so whatever is hooked up to the purple and pink wire connect them and it should be fine? or is there seperate places becuase the purple wire is connected to i believe a orange wire, and the pink is connected to a red one (not on ecu just goes out of the firewall to prob the vtec). then what ever is connected on the yellow and white wire i just connect them back together and then the ecu should be able to kick in vtec etc? pls help im kinda a newb to this stuff.

alright, now what exactly is your question? are you attempting to uninstall the unit (as youir post heading indicates), or are you working to diagnose a problem with the unit, or with vtec?

my car got stolen and they took my controller, so instead of buying another controller i want to just get a chipped ecu.
So mainly what im trying to do is figure out what do i have to hook the wires back up so it runs off the ecu. in other words uninstall the whole vtec controller cables and puting it back to how it was when engine got swaped.

ya and im trying to get help to be sure.. if ur not gonna help dont post.
like for instance: the purple wire is connected to i believe a orange wire, and the pink is connected to a red one (not on ecu just goes out of the firewall). now in the diagram its the "same" wire that u cut.. but its 2 totaly diff colors in reality so can i still connect the red wire with the orange one? or did the prev owner cross something?
