Does anyone know the name of this brand or where I could find a carbon-fiber sparkplug cover of this quality?

Yes I did but the only carbon-fiber sparkplug cover that jhp.com sells is the Spoon yellow keflon one. I emailed sheng about it a few days ago. I figured he may know since shawn replaced this one with the Spoon one.

It looks like a Backyard Special plug cover to me. Backyard Special makes both CF and CK plug covers.

Aerodyne in Garden Grove distribute Backyard products.

i like it but its alot of $$,inline four sells em for $131

 

He probably don't want the imperfections from the $131 Spoon CK cover. I wouldn't blame the guy.

You can see the imperfections clearly. Not Spoon Quality in my opinion.

 

That just looks like a bad picture to me. I have the Spoon piece and it is perfect. It is very expensive for something that serves no purpose though. I got mine from Mike at IPS Racing and am very pleased with it.

Looks like real CF to me, isn't the JDM one faux CF??

I have the JDM faux c/f cover and it's very noticeably fake, unlike the one above.

It looks like those are 2 different carbon-fiber cover pieces. The one installed on the valve cover resembles the cover on shawn's ek but the one above it seems to have a different weave...

 

The one installed is carbon fiber. The one resting atop it is carbon kevlar.
