Default Sleeved B18C's -- Do you run oil squirters?

For those of you with sleeved B18C's, do you still run the factory oil squirters?

If so, did you have to machine them?

If not, do you wish you had them?

TIA

Well, I'm gonna run a Dart but it's also a sleeved block and as I will also run forged CP pistons I have decided to block off the squirters.

I dont have them in my sleeved GSR block.

I just drilled and re-tapped them to 1/8 NPT, then installed a pipe plug.

I plan to make 8mm spacers and install them with the stock bolts instead of the squirters, so if I change my mind later on i can go back to squirting

Plugged with the factory bolts and crush washers here, both of my engines.
