Default Safely removing power steering?

Would anyone be able to tell me how to safely remove the power steering from my car.
I drive a 92 accord lx, any referals to sites, posts would be greatly appreciated.

- Is just removing the belt to the pump, a good idea?
- I heard you can loop the rack, if so how?

What is the point of this? Your post indicates that you just want it disabled, and not for weight savings. You'll miss it and if it is for weight savings, its not worth it

The accords are to big and to heave to NOT have power steering. Its not like a civic. It will be a pain in the *** to drive with out it. Just keep it. Not worth loosing it.

I'm not trying to save weight, I just don't like power steering.
I have been driving with the belt off for a while now. I just wanted to know if this could damage the steering rack.
