Advance Auto Parts(as well as many other part stores)have Bosch universal 4-wire O2 sensors.i've used a few of these with good results.they range from about $45 to $55.

http://www.oxygensensors.comthey have oem denso for around 100.00 and universal walker and denso for 50-60 bucks.
