Default Replacing O2 sensor.

Getting very bad mileage on my R, anyone got instructions on how to replace O2 sensor? Also I willl probably get a universal one cause they are much cheaper. does anyone know which one works best?

I did a search, but no results.

Thanks.

universal O2 sensors are garbage. Got to your acura dealer and get an OEM one. The aftermarket universal ones usually fail within a year...

Secondary O2 would have no effect on mileage, so hopefully he's planning on replacing the primary, although I'd still be surprised if this significantly improved his mileage.

I'd reccomend getting the OEM one. I bought a bosch universal o2 and it died within 2 months of using it. Since then, i've replaced it with the OEM o2. Be prepared to shell out ~$220 bucks though .
