I will mainly be running the cams at low-mid revs, as my car is a daily driver. Is there a chance of binding or should i upgrade to ITR valve springs/retainers? My car has done about 88k miles.

Stock b16 valvetraine can handle 9k without huge cams...and CTR cams aren't big...

there fine as long as you keep your stock red line. There is no way I would go to 9K on stock b16 valvetrain.
