Default ITR/Carbon Sycros in B16/B18 tranny?

I was just wondering if I needed to replace the syncros in a b16/gsr tranny, would I be able to use the ITR syncros with no problems?

There's a sponsor on here that sells carbon-coated synchros for all Honda trannys, even the JDM ones.

http://www.gear-speed.com/

Better High RPM shifting... less grind, and more heat-resistant.

Let me rephrase my question,

Are they all interchangeable?

Is it a USDM ITR Tranny? And is the GSR Tranny Hydro?

for second and third gear, gear-speed.com only offers OEM, which sucks.. because they are so expensive.
but for 4th and 5th gear, they have cheaper options... also carbon.

ITR/GSR synchros are the same. the only reason the part number is different is because the gears themselves are different.

So I would be able to use ITR syncros in a GSR tranny, but not a b16a?

the synchros are the same in ITR and GSR, so there would be no real benefit from using them over the GSR ones.
