I want to get a intake for my RSX....base model, which one I should go for??? AEM cold air, long ram or short ram???Pls suggest?

 

search! long ram? it's like this; short ram= not gonna hydro-lock your motor, not as much power as cold air, better throttle response, decent gains(3-10whp on avg.); cold air= may hydro-lock motor, more power(usually) than short ram, not as good throttle responce(usually). then there's AEM V2, comptech ice-box, neuspeed intake; these all have nice heat-sheilds, as does the injen sri, and are the best of both worlds. hope that helps.

agreed! there are 2 or 3 open threads about "what intake should i get". if you don't know what the differences between intakes are, you shouldn't get one at all.
