I already tried running a direct wire from the ECU (Red/yellow) to the IAT sensor and then grounded it since the gsr harness was not working... well that is not working either... according to my scematic it should be pin D15 on the ECU... I think it should just come out go to the sensor on the manifold then be grounded... but when I hooked it up it still is giving a check light. I'm not seeing any power through the wire when I use my 12v test against it...what do I need to do to fix this thing.

Im not exactly sure i understand your post, but i had some trouble with my IAT before so i double and triple checked my wiring and found nothing wrong. So i went to the junkyard, ganked an IAT off some old accord, plugged it in and the damn thing worked just fine. Try swapping out the sesnor itself, theyre everywhere.
