Default not a honda but need help mitsu

i know this car is not a honda, but the other forums cant accept my free baised email address idk why. well i just bought a 1990 gst 86k miles, and the guy tells me the car does not run because the head was milled to much. Im not a newbe but im also not a pro, to me this sounds like bs. Can a head be milled to much? im thinking maybe it was and it got cut into the valve seats and its loosing compression. the bottom end was rebuilt and all this. he says it was running for a 100 miles and just gave out. told me he tried starting it and it would turn over really fast. I also have a honda, luv my honda but feel free to help me or not. its up to you.

My first "guess" would be bent valves(no compression).More likely a bad install job after being "milled to much".

alright thanks, you dont think solving the problem would just slap on another head? to me that sounds to easy, maybe i should static time it and see how that goes
