Hello all i have been in the market for some time for a header and finally i got one. I bought a header from a guy for 60 bucks i was thinking the whole time they where a cheap knock off brand they where covered in heat wrap. But they still looked pretty good to me then Sunday i decided to remove the wrap and low and behold a Stainless Steel RSR 4-2-1 header in great condition minus the spots from the wrap. I am so happy.

And now for my Retro specs:
Lexus/Toyota RX330 d2s Hids
Nissan murano projectors
retroed into a 00 civic si
i wish they where more blue/purple
Let me know what you guys think....
putting flame suit on

i can feel a big difference especially low end torque i never knew my b16 had...i wonder how it compares to a dc 4-1?

Damn good find on that rsr header. I sold mine for 175 when I got my 4-1. HID looks pimp wish I had the time and patience to do my own retrofit.
your retro looks good but you've given up performance by mounting it so far back. any pics of the back of the housing?? mine are mounted like... 3-4 mms between the top of the shroud and the Civic lense/cover. That way you maximize foreground lighting.
for color, you should have bent your shields

F*cker i spent $300 on my RS-R headers.....well actually thats $300 Canadian, so we probably spent the same amount of cash.
Way to luck out on the headers, i love my set. RS-R IS THE ****!!!

yeah i didnt think it would look good with all the shroud showing and i would of cut way to much to just show a little... but i know what you mean by im hurting the performance.
did you mean the shields on the inside of the projecter? wouldnt that mess up the cut off?
sorry to other who does like em i thought they came out pretty good
