Default What to do with car at 126k miles?

Here's the deal.
I have a 96 gsr with 126k miles on the motor. I've had it for 6 years and have
never had the extra $$ to do something extreme like a supercharger or turbo.
I've got all the bolt-ons and decent suspension mods now.

Well I finally have the money to do something extreme to the car, but I'm not
sure if its worth it with it because is has so many miles on it. I'd hate to
put $4k into it for it to start having other major problems from general wear
and tear.

I have a Nissan 350z still under warranty so I'm not worried about the integra not being as reliable.

What do you guys suggest I do with my car.
Is it really too old to add a supercharger or turbo?

my car has 130K and it takes 10lbs daily, do it right and you won't have problems. Good engine management is key.
