Default rsr exmag fit ment question

I just got a 96 hatch with a gsr swap. It came with this huge donkey dick exhaust, so one of the first things I wanted to do was get rid of it. Thus, I ordered an rsr exmag. However, when trying to install it, I became aware that it wouldn't work with my stock cat and the header that is on there(dc 4-1). I want to know if anyone else has some across this and what the solution is? Would a high flow cat eliminate this problem? Ideally, I would like to get a jdm itr header and a high flow cat. Does anyone have this set up(jdm itr header, carsound or random tech high flow cat, and rsr ex mag) on this car and know if it will fit? I searched and couldn't find anyhting helpful...

with the dm header and the aftermarket cat, i think itll be a tad bit shorter [2-3 inches] eaisest thing to do is go to a muffler shop and ask them to make you a 2.5" pipe with 2 flanges. more or less the same price as an aftermarket cat [~50$]
