do they make aftermarket cams for the h23? I've been looking and I can only find them for the h22..I've found places where you can send in your cams and they make them so they'relike type-r cams, but that's it..or can you advance the cams ?

Yeah, search around some more. There have been dynos of the Crower cams as well as many posts dedicated to the specs of each stage.... Try looking in the all motor forum and, of course, in here.
