Default Shaking on Acceleration w/ new Axles

I've had shaking during acceleration for a long time.
I changed the axles in hopes that it would fix the problem and it only got worse.
I've tried a few different axles on both sides and they all have the same problem.
The shaking happens only under load between 15 and 30 MPH.
I just had the car alligned and no improvement.
I've also had the tires balanced.

Any ideas?
Could it be a bad intermediate shaft?
Worn motor mounts?

Any help appreciated.

Swap the tires around, see if it changes. Better yet if you have a way to borrow wheels/tires for a bit.

The casing of a tire can be messed up so it squirms around as it rolls. When it's hanging on a balancing maching, it's usually not loaded. Find someplace with a Hunter GSP9700(or whatever??) balancing machine. It presses the tire against a roller while it's doing the balancing.

New as in brand new or new as in remanufactured?? Sounds like your axles. Does the shaking go away above 30-35?? Remaned axels aren't always in the best condition. Return them for diffrent ones.

Tires are balanced and I have new wheel berrings.

I'm beginning to believe that the reman axles that I've gotten are crap.

The shaking does fade away above 35mph.

I have a 96 accord stick with a similar issue. I have changed the brake rotors(it needed them), Drivers half shaft- reman from Honda, Intermediate shaft. Did not change the passenger side. I get a vibration on acceleration that I can feel through the shifter. My next move is to replace the torque rod motor mount. I feel that the engine is moving more than it should and is putting stretched torque on the drive shafts. I have a stick so I think this even puts more shock on the mount. BY the way it smoothes out aroung 75 MPH. 60 still has an issue. I have also replaced the tires, rebalanced a couple times and still have the vib. My next move is the passenger side drive shaft and new torque rod mount (upper front.)

Any other thoughts out there?

CHECK THE FRONT MOTOR MOUNT! That one motor mount can cause all of this and they go out all the time in these cars. Check those first and if that's fine then the reman axles are probably crap. Go back to the auto parts, demand a refund and purchase them from somewhere else. Good luck.
