Default Prelude rims fit ITR's without spacers?

How well is the fitment of Prelude rims on ITR's? Is there rubbing of any sort (stock suspension)? Do I need spacers or not?

I'm talking about 2001 prelude 16" rims.

their weight is the precise reason why I use them.
That and they look decent.

Maybe they have race tires on them. You could use the Spoons everyday but who wants to deal with the chance of curbing expensive wheels. Using heavy Prelude wheels also helps traction issues.

hmmm...the last time I checked, heavy wheels have almost no effect on traction

Try it. Get a set of 15x7 Volk TE-37s and a set of 20" Niche rims (assuming that their overall diameter with tires is exactly the same). The Volks will be waaay easier to spin than the 20 inchers.

That makes sense, but that is the wrong way to go if you want traction. The reason you get more traction is because the increased weight is slowing the car down making it easier to get traction. When I save enough money I will be getting 16" TE-37s. Light anything is better for your car especially if you take weight off the driveline ie wheels and flywheel. Increasing traction by added weight is the wrong approach.

I agree with you completely. I have a set for street use purely because I don't want to damage my other wheels.
