I believe a friend and I checked awhile back and they were not the same as the Civic ones, only the motors I believe. I am not 100% so there is that 1% chance that I am wrong.

That's cheap as hell
Just wondered why didn't you look for a 5th gen Si one. But at any rate, it will fit, just cut a hole and drop it in. My hatch has an aftermarket sunroof that has a larger area than all other OEM Civic and Teg, which also equal to more stupid dead weight. But I am not complaining in the summer time though.
Cut the hole, reinforce the roof at the B pillar area, rust proof/paint the cutted hole and rubber seal the opening. Reason being that OEM has the roof opening rolled, and since you are cutting, you need to cover up the edge. The rubber along the glass and the roof opening should create a tight seal. There should be a "tray" anyway below the glass just in case any water gets it, it goes onto the tray, then drain off at 4 corners (A pillar, C pillar).
But, if I have the choice, I would replace the glass with a thin aluminum panel or a CF panel. You get the luxury of the openness while save some weight.
